How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed, we prepare it within 48 to 72 hours. Shipping is free via Israel Post, and delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Please note: during holidays (included shabbat ) or sales, delivery times may be longer than usual.
How do I know if my order was received?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with all your order details.
You’ll also be able to track your order via the link provided in the email.
Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
Yes, you can return or exchange any piece within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has not been worn or damaged.

Are the jewelry pieces water-resistant?
Yes! All our jewelry is water-resistant and tarnish-proof.
We use IP plating (Ion Plating) — a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technique with 18K gold or silver plating, at a minimum thickness of 0.05 microns, plus an electronic sealant that ensures long-term durability and water resistance.
This means your jewelry will stay beautiful for many years.
Are the jewelry pieces suitable for people with allergies?
Yes! All our products are hypoallergenic — nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free.
Are there different sizes for the jewelry?
All our jewelry is adjustable or fits most sizes – designed to adapt comfortably to your body.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We promise your satisfaction or your money back.
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it.
Once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund.
Please note: the returned items must be in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged), and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
